Now that all the spring holidays with the family are behind us – Easter, Greek Easter and Passover, I recommend building on the celebratory vibe and start enjoying the spring time rebirth that these holidays have come to represent. Even if the thermometer isn’t quite where want it to be, the spring flowers are budding, and blooming in some cases, the baby animals are joining the world, and warmer sunny days are coming very soon! As it turns out National Cheese Fondue Day is this week, and any day is a good day to enjoy some cheese.  Pull out your fondue pot, get some skewers, invite over some friends – with a bottle of Long Island wine, of course, and make some memories. There is definitely a way to savor your journey with some ooey gooey cheese and bread on a stick!
