About East End Experience
Mission Statement
East End Experience is committed to the people in the five East End towns of Long Island: Riverhead, Southold, East Hampton, Southampton, and Shelter Island. Since its founding in 2008, the site has evolved into a non profit website dedicated to furthering the unique character of a special corner of the world. This character is reflected by the businesses that serve the community and by some very special people.
All businesses, professionals, and services of the five East End towns can be part of the only on line directory covering the entire East End. Upon registering, a user name and password are created. The user can then create his own dedicated page with a small graphic and ample text. This password access allows for editing at any time so that it is easy to publicize sales, events, change in hours, personnel, or services.

Some very special people of the East End are the members of International Surgical Mission Support, Inc. (ISMS). This group is comprised of doctors and medical personnel from each of the three hospitals serving the East End. Founded in 1996, ISMS has volunteered in surgical medical mission trips to five continents. These men and women truly serve as the East End’s International Ambassadors of Health.
East End Experience accepts no fees or payments of any kind. However, in order to participate in this social and business network, a donation must be made directly to ISMS. In doing so, we reflect the character that is ours and we are proud.
