In August of 2000, Vince Galluccio became the proud new owner of the high profile and critically acclaimed Gristina Vineyards. As many Italian American families in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, the Galluccios bought grapes and made a little home wine in the basement. Vince fondly remembers helping his grandfathers crush the grapes and tasting the fresh juice. With a strong commitment to quality, Galluccio Family Wineries continues to develop and secure the brand recognition and loyalty that the Gristina label has so well earned, while focusing on the introduction of new premium, hand-crafted wines.
