If you are having an outdoor wedding, you may need portable sanitation units. Even many of the wineries require these, and if you are having an "at-home" wedding, you should also consider this option. Most of the North Fork does not have a sewer system, but rather depends on private cesspools. Don't be put off by this prospect. There are many units available that are trailers, equipped with separate stalls, a vanity unit, and sinks. Soap and towel dispensers are included, but you can add your own decorative touches by putting in lotions, sprays, flowers, or any other amenities. With a bit of outdoor landscaping of potted shrubs from a local nursery, your guests may never even realize the units are not permanent. An on-site attendant accompanies each rental to service the units. Owner Kevin Terry has been in this business for years, and well knows the high expectations of weddings and other large events.
