About South Jamesport Beach
Description
Featuring 3000 feet of beachfront on the Peconic Bay, South Jamesport Beach is an excellent beach for younger children due to its shallow water. There you can find outdoor Showers, restrooms, a pavilion, a playground, the Snack Shack (opened during summer season), a gazebo, tennis and basketball courts, a picnic area, and ample parking. Please note that part of the beach may be restricted for seasonal Piping Plover breeding.
