About Wades Beach
Description
With 500 yards of beachfront on the Shelter Island Sound, Wades Beach is a beautiful and private beach. It has restrooms and is owned and operated by the Town of Shelter Island. Island lodging properties have parking permits for guests; otherwise, contact the town clerk to get one. The cost for weekly parking (late June-early September) is $25.
